The story of AluTone Guitars – the all-aluminum guitar created in the Netherlands by a company that reinvented itself.
The history of guitars is full of interesting and original ideas that never quite caught on, including guitars made of aluminum. Have you ever heard of an Alu Guitar? It was a mystery to Sietse Schoenmakers (1996), which led to the birth of a dream for this passionate guitar player who couldn't find an aluminum guitar in stock. "If we can't buy one, we'll make it ourselves."

What next?
Prototype 1# is currently still a working model and definitely not the final product. At AluTone, we strive for top quality!
The guitar is designed in collaboration with a CAD/CAM specialist and then milled entirely from a solid block of aluminium using CNC technology.
Some minor adjustments are still needed before we can start production of the first series. It is possible to follow the process on our social media channels
Our target is to launch the first series this year.

We have recently begun production of our very first series, and they will soon be available for immediate delivery from stock. Limited pre-order slots are available to ensure you secure a guitar.
