Wer-Was-Wo ist AluTone?
Die Geschichte der AluTone Gitarren – die vollständig aus Aluminium gefertigte Gitarre, erschaffen in den Niederlanden von einem Unternehmen, das sich neu erfunden hat.
Die Geschichte der Gitarren ist voll von interessanten und originellen Ideen, die sich nie wirklich durchsetzten, einschließlich Gitarren aus Aluminium. Haben Sie schon einmal von einer Alu-Gitarre gehört? Für Sietse Schoenmakers (geboren 1996) war es ein Rätsel, was zur Geburt eines Traums für diesen leidenschaftlichen Gitarristen führte, der keine Aluminiumgitarre auf Lager finden konnte. „Wenn wir keine kaufen können, machen wir sie selbst.“
Im Oktober 2024 wurde das Unternehmen, bei dem Sietse arbeitete, ORIT B.V., verkauft: ein weltweit tätiges Maschinenverkaufsunternehmen. Sietse war dort Qualitätskontrolleur. Er und sein ehemaliger Chef begannen, eine neue Zukunft zu planen, zu einer Zeit, als es immer noch unmöglich war, eine Aluminiumgitarre einfach so zu kaufen. „Wir können das ändern“, beschlossen sie.
Und so machte eins und eins drei. Der ehemalige Chef von Sietse, Frans, ebenfalls Eigentümer eines Private-Equity-Fonds, Cisles B.V. (seit 2010), investierte gemeinsam mit Sietse in das Joint Venture und die Marke AluTone.
Die Fähigkeiten und die Leidenschaft von ORIT B.V. waren noch vorhanden. Mit der vereinten Kraft eines CAD-CAM-Designers namens Ken und Sietse’s Know-how begann die Schaffung einer AluTone-Gitarre.
Sietse's Instagram-Account, Siets96, war ebenfalls eine große Hilfe. Auf diesem Account erstellt Sietse Demos von Gitarren, Pedalen und Verstärkern.
In May 2024, the first prototype came out of production and exceeded all expectations.
Die Zukunft von AluTone liegt im Aufbau einer A-Marken-Gitarre, die vollständig aus Aluminium gefertigt ist, für unvergleichlichen Ton und Sustain.
